The Residence is a two-bedroom vacation suite above the historic Salt Barn, on the quiet North Side of the Cape. The building has been carefully restored, with its early 1800s character intact. Bay beaches are just minutes away.
The Space
The Living Room
The living room sits under exposed beams with wide-plank floors and a wall of windows looking out on the lawn. There’s plenty of seating and bookshelves with enough reading to get you through a rainy Cape Cod afternoon.

A farmhouse table seats six with upholstered chairs and big windows overlooking the property.
The Kitchen
Everything you need to cook, including a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. Plus, there’s a Keurig coffee station and a bar cart, so you can enjoy drinks morning and night.

The Second Bedroom
A bedroom with a queen bed is right off the kitchen. Two windows frame the greenery outside, and built-in closets line the wall.
The Loft Bedroom
Head upstairs, and the ceiling opens to the original rafters. A king bed sits under a candle chandelier with windows on both sides and built-in closets along the walls.
